Are you looking for a care home in Coventry jobs? Care homes are a perfect fit for individuals of an advanced age that would benefit from having extra care and attention, but also enjoy their independence and ability to make decisions.

A well-rounded care home is important to keeping residents healthy and continuing living an active lifestyle. Social activities are key to building a community where every resident feels welcomed and wants to engage in.

At Bromson Hill, we have a full-time activities coordinator to ensure constant new and engaging activities for our residents. Our residents, their relatives, and staff hold monthly meetings to discuss what weekly external activity we would like to bring in. Our tight knit community means that everyone has a say in what goes on at Bromson Hill. Also, all activities are optional so residents get to choose how they spend their time.

For residents looking for entertainment outside of Bromson Hill, Warwick is full of shops and the beautiful countryside is close by to enjoy. Day trips for residents and their families are available through our very own mini-bus.
